Hello,
I'm running Exchange 2007 on a CCR cluster setup. When I installed the
agent on the cluster nodes, they showed up fine in OpsMgr. But the Cluster
group and the Cluster Exchange server name both show as Unknown state. I
have the Microsoft.Exchange.2007 (converted) 6.0.6461.0 and
Microsoft.Windows.Server.computerCluster.2003 (Converted) MPs installed. Are
there additional configurations to do to monitor the Cluster resources?
Thanks.

Hello thomas,

You need to enable proxy agent on your physical cluster nodes. Make sure
you have the latest version of the cluster MP http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details.aspx?familyid=AC7F42F5-33E9-453D-A923-171C8E1E8E55&displaylang=en

Hi Anders,
Proxy Agent is enabled on the physical nodes and I installed the correct
MS Cluster MP. I'm still not seeing the cluster resources as monitored.
Anything else I can try? Thanks.

I don't think the Cluster MP has any unit monitors directed at the Virtual
Server. So you will see a no monitoring for the virtual server.
For the Exchange MP if you look at "Microsoft Exchange 2007 Mailbox Servers
Installation" under discovered inventory does the cluster appear here and is
it monitored?

In my environment I do not have
Microsoft.Windows.Server.computerCluster.2003 (Converted) MPs installed and
I am able to get Exch CCR cluster information. Have you tried removing this
MP and see if cluster information comes up for your CCR?
