(too old to reply)

An error occurred when running the Test-MAPIConnectivity cmdlet.
Server Role Ex. Mailbox
Server Role Instance XXXXX
Component MAPIConnectivity
Source MSExchange Monitoring MAPIConnectivity
Description Failed to test the MAPI connectivity state. The initial event
reported: The node XXXXX is member of a cluster, but currently it does not
host a clustered mailbox server.

This alert will always be "true" when having a CCR Cluster with
active/passive - so this alert will always be there ?

Which version of the Exchange 2007 MP are you currnently using? There was
an issue where Exchange cluster physical nodes were mistakenly identified as
mailbox servers, this is fixed in the latest version of the MP.

If you look at discovered inventory and set the target type as "Microsoft
Exchange 2007 Mailbox Servers Installation" do the physical nodes of the
cluster show up? If so then you need to update to the latest version of the
Exchange 2007 MP and run remove-DisabledMonitoringObject commandlet in the
Operations Manager Group to clean up the old items:

Find the Rule "Execute: Test-MAPIConnectivity diagnostic cmdlet. (Report
Collection)" for the object type "Microsoft Exchange 2007 Mailbox Servers
Installation".
Set an override on this rule for the cluster server and change the cmdlet
from
"Test-MAPIConnectivity -MonitoringContext:$true -PerConnectionTimeout:60 -AllConnectionsTimeout:90"
to "Test-MAPIConnectivity -Server:[Mailbox Virtual Server
Name]-MonitoringContext:$true -PerConnectionTimeout:60 -AllConnectionsTimeout:90
